A INFLUÊNCIA DA PANDEMIA DE COVID-19 NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE TRANSTORNOS MENTAIS

A pandemia de COVID-19 causou impactos físicos e psicológicos, intensificando transtornos como ansiedade, depressão e estresse. Profissionais de saúde, pacientes infectados e pessoas com histórico de doenças mentais foram os mais vulneráveis. Crianças, adolescentes e indivíduos afetados por dificuldades socioeconômicas também apresentaram maior sofrimento psicológico. Estratégias como apoio psicológico online e programas de saúde mental foram fundamentais para reduzir os danos.
